I had a chance to sit down with Jessica from Awesome Little Sleepers to talk about how parents can help their children manage big feelings, talk about COVID-19 with their kids, and the important of practicing self-care. 

Jessica is a Nationally Certified Toddler Sleep Consultant that helps parents develop bedtime routines and create healthy sleep routines individualized for family.
